Two-Faced Privacy Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

Two-Faced is a charades game for iPhone Duo made by Haider Nawaz. This policy explains what Two-Faced does with your information. The short version: nothing leaves your device.

What Two-Faced collects

Nothing. Two-Faced has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It doesn't send any data to me or to anyone else, and the game works fully offline.

The list of my other apps

The About screen shows my other apps. To keep that list current, Two-Faced downloads it, with the apps' icons, from GitHub when you open About. The request carries no information about you, though GitHub, like any website, can see the IP address it comes from. Nothing else in Two-Faced goes online.

The camera

iPhone Duo only lets an app show content on its outer screen while the phone is open if the app's camera is running. Two-Faced turns the camera on during a round on the open phone so the word can appear on the outer screen for your friends, and shows you a live view of them acting. The picture is shown on your screen as it happens and is never recorded, stored or sent anywhere. The camera turns off when the round ends. You can turn camera access off at any time in Settings › Apps › Two-Faced, and the game then plays the classic way, with the word on the screen you're holding.

Settings on your device

Two-Faced remembers a few things on your iPhone: the decks you picked, the round length, whether you play in teams, whether sound is on, and which words you've already played, so the next game deals fresh ones. They never leave your device and are removed when you delete the app.

Children

Two-Faced is suitable for everyone and collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
